weekend review

Do you ever feel like you need two weekends in a row just to recover from the weekend? I can blame our dragging this morning on Eric's 2:30am emergency call into work Friday morning, and then our lack of sleep the rest of the weekend due to our darling little girl. She'll figure out the beauty of sleeping in.... one day.... when Eric and I are so old that our bodies don't let us sleep in ;) ha! Despite our exhaustion we had a good weekend that consisted of so many good things! We went swimming and Mia LOVED it, hung out with our dearest friends, enjoyed too much good food (including Cheesecake Factory, my fave!), shopping, (LDS) general conference, and just good quality time spent with my loves! Now I'll be attempting to sleep straight through this week until someone could figures out how to get us two weekends in a row ;) Hope you all had the best weekend!
P.S. Don't forget to enter the giveaway below!

STL has the red flu going around today, I wish I had that so I could sleep until the first pitch but instead I had to get up early to fix errors hubby caused on taxes :/ I could totally use another weekend :)

Cheesecake factory is soo good! They have this one pasta dish with garlic and veggies that is amazing! If I sleep past 7am that is crazy in my world lol.

Yes, I always need another weekend after the weekend! It's like needing a vacation to recuperate from a vacation, ha.

Sorry about your lack of sleep! I am already getting old I guess because even on Saturday I woke up before 7! It seems like a crime to be up before your toddler. Glad you enjoyed conference and hope you get a restful weekend soon :)

We've hit a rough patch in the sleep department, too. I'd give about anything for a day where we can "sleep in" past 5:30!
I hope you all get some quality sleep, soon!!
