Cheese Ball
2 packages cream cheese
1 lb mild cheddar cheese
1 1/2 packets Ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix
Chopped Nuts (I used almonds, pecans are great too)
Blend cheeses and Ranch packets. Shape into a ball or log then roll in nuts. Saran wrap and put in fridge until hardened.

Cheese balls are SO addicting! I wanna make one, but I'm afraid we would eat it all in ONE DAY :( hehe

I honestly don't even use mine a ton, but I do announce new blog posts, and if I need to get a hold of blogger friends (ahem YOU!), I can just tweet them real quick. I LOVE LOVE LOVE cheese balls. :) I made one for my family Thanksgiving, and my dad insisted on keeping the leftover to snack on. I was kind of sad...because it was so good. :)
