P.S. I have a question for all my blogger savvy friends.... why in the heck are my posts on separate pages now? I have them programmed to show multiple posts on one page, but starting last week they only have 1 post per page (including on the mobile device format) It's driving me crazy, and I have no clue how to fix it!?!

Looks like you had a fabulous weekend :) As for your posts only showing 1 at a time.... I would check your settings and look at the posts and comments tab. Maybe something got set in there somehow on mistake??
Yay! How fun your brother is home...and just in time for Christmas too!! I had a post that did that too, even though the settings weren't set that way, really weird!
