just some random confessions

I confess- I have missed you guys! I haven't been by a computer for days so I wasn't able to post... but I thought about it every day! It is crazy (and a bit ridiculous) how blog land becomes such a big part of our lives. But I am truly grateful for it. The friendships I have with you all is making this transition I'm still going through a bit easier each day :)

I confess- that Eric and I were up north for a couple days! I know when I post about the trip that I'm going to get comments about how we vacation all the time (we really don't) so let me just say that Eric's parents threw this trip together super fast, and I'm so grateful they did! It was SO fun spending the day with the whole family! And to top it off.... there was very little drama :) The drama that did happen was between  me, Eric, and a car rental company. That's another story for another time, maybe. I want to cry just thinking about it.

I confess- we didn't tell anyone we were going up north. Crazy, right? I really wanted to but I just knew we wouldn't have time to see anyone because the trip was so fast. But we are going back in July and can't WAIT to see everyone we love and miss!!

I confess- that I almost died on Saturday. At least I wanted to :) But I got to meet some pretty amazing bloggers friends, so that makes it all worth it, right? I can't wait to share the details... just know that I feel so good about accomplishing something so physically difficult! I say this days later because my pregnant body has had time to recuperate :) Pregnancy has a way of making you feel 100% out of shape!

I confess- I haven't had a chance to go through my emails in over a week. At least. Honestly, I can't remember the last time I went through them. Pregnancy brains is very real, and affects me every day! So I apologize if you've been waiting to hear back from me... I will get to it asap!

I confess- I just really love my Eric. That's not really a confession. But I have been feeling such overwhelming gratefulness that I married a good man! I am SO lucky!
I mean, who wouldn't be proud to be his wifey?

Yay for a little going away time. And pregnancy brain lasts after you give birth too. I swear I only got dumber after. I forget stuff all the time, and look like a total idiot a lot more often nowadays. I tell people all the time that part of my brain went out when Giada was born too.
And that pose that Eric is making totally goes w his shirt. Haha

Sometimes not telling anyone you are going out of town is better then actually going out of town! HA HA. :)

Pregnancy is HARD. There's no ifs ands or buts about it! Hang in there! I love that picture of him. So funny!

Sometimes you just need to get away without telling anyone - I've done it before and for some reason it just feels nice. Maybe because there isn't much privacy anymore with all the social media out there?

Anyway, you're blog is super cute! And congratulations on your pregnancy!

It sounds like your little drama makes up for the lack of drama on your trip.
