amazing friends

Nicole is the first person I met when we moved here.
I had no clue that she and her husband would turn into life long best friends who....
we can hangout with in our pj's + no make up
work out, train, and run races together
fall asleep while watching movies (all 4 adults + 2  kids)
go on the best shopping spree of my life (because the prices were insanely good)
cook dinners and eat together (basically, we eat all the time)
got Eric to participate in many game nights (the man doesn't care for games)
swim together all summer long
+ all of our fun adventures/date nights.

We're going to miss them and all the rest of our friend's up here!

it is hard leaving good friends ... but the best part is knowing that you have a lifetime friend regardless of where you are.

boo to having to leave good friends. It was so hard to leave our best pals in CA when we moved to NC a few years back. Nothing like people you can be in jammies with!! That is always how I know how close I am to someone! hahaha.

Random question.. But what Kind of camera do you have? Your pics look great!.....
I'm sad for you that you are having to move!..But Trev is applying for a program in Cedar, if he gets in we will be there next fall! So that could be fun, right?!? until then St.G is only a short drive away and we are in need of some friends! :)

Wait, stop...do you really not have makeup on in these pictures? gorgeous.

And I definitely feel your pain! A lot of my friends have recently moved away. They've been gone for a few weeks and I've survived without them, and we've texted/skyped/called almost everyday, and I even got closer to a few other people that I wouldnt have before. So don't worry and just enjoy the next chapter :)

YOu will make lots of new friends when you move! We are moving in May and I kinda feel the same way! Be yourself and you will have lots of friends! Also, where are you moving?!

oh they sound like a great couple!! I'm sure they love and appreciate the fun times they had with you two as well! And hopefully you'll be able to plan road trips or vacations and get together after you move :)

I read your last post also, prayers for you friend! You have big change ahead of you, but I have no doubt it'll only bring you & Eric closer together :)

How awesome that you guys have friends that you both get along with so well! That's a rare, wonderful thing!

My hubby doesn't like games, either! It definitely takes a crowd of friends to convince him. Gotta get that peer pressure going! haha!

I had a friend like that recently move away and it is definitely not fun! I think Heavenly Father put her in my life for a purpose when he did and I am so thankful for that, even if it was only for a short time!

Yay for friends and fun game nights!! By the way...what is that game y'all are playing!?

Haley said...

I absolutely love that game!!! So fun!! Best of luck on the move, I'm sure it'll be tough but you seem like such an amazing and happy person that I know you'll make it through and make the best of it!!

Oh, that's so sad! :( Moving away from your friends is actually the worst part of the move, not the packing, unpacking, and money. But the good news is that friends can be friends, even from hundreds of miles away. I'm glad you have such awesome people to have such wonderful memories with. :)
