First snow of the season last week... I'm NOT ready for winter! and yes :) Those are sandals over her footie pjs, ha!
Loving: this stage of Mia's life! During her first year I really had a love/hate relationship with her growth. I had a hard time dealing with how quickly each month flew by. Don't even get me started on the anxiety I experienced when Mia turned one, ridiculous! But I somehow thought that once she turned one, she would no longer be my little baby. Of course I was wrong and since realizing that, I've enjoyed watching her hit her milestones so much more! But this stage where she's learning to talk? Be still my heart, it's the sweetest thing! Just this week she started asking for "tiss" (kisses) and I LOVE it!

Reading/Watching: Once again, I'm not reading anything new. Between blogs/instagram and reading to Mia, I don't make time to indulge in a good book for myself.
But I definitely make time to indulge in my ridiculous shows, ha ha! I'm flying through the latest updated season of Revenge on Netflix. I'm pretty sure Revenge is my favorite out of all my shows! Eric and I are watching The Glades together, and I just bought Maleficent this week. We really loved watching that in the theater so now we are saving it for an at home date night :)

Trying to: enjoy the month of November. We had sooooo much fun in October and I swear we were doing a festive activity every other day! I don't have one thing planned for November and it's kind of a bummer! I need to come up with some fun activities to soak up our time... instead of daydreaming about pulling out the Christmas decor, ha ha. We wait until the day after Thanksgiving so it's time to find some Thanksgiving activities to tide us over until then!

Wishing: that my house would clean itself. I remember when I was young, sitting in my messy room wishing that I could just point my finger like Sabrina the Teenage Witch and my room would magically clean itself, ha ha! Sometimes I still wish that! Cleaning is definitely not one of my favorite past times (but obviously it's a necessity and I promise I do it!) and I would be a-okay if that was one thing I could cross of my to-do list... forever :) HA!

Excited for: Mia's birthday and Christmas!! December is going to be a crazy but funnnnn month for us!

Oh Sabrina the Teenage Witch...seriously used to love that show and I'm with you - wish my house would magically clean itself!! I can only imagine how fun it is right now with Mia - she's really grasping what things are now and I'm sure this holiday season is going to be the best with her!

Oh Sabrina the Teenage Witch, what a funny show. Let me know when you figure out how to get that to work. ;)

I think you posted that picture on IG the other day, but I completely didn't notice this before... she's totally sticking her finger out and trying to catch a snowflake on it! EEEKKK. So cute! She is going to have SO much fun in the snow in the winter!

Eeek, I can't believe we've had our first snowfall already, too. It's about a month too early in my opinion! It's also making it harder not to pull out Christmas decor. ha!

I think that the sandals over the footie pajamas is a GREAT look. I'm gonna try to work that. ;)

I wish the same thing!!! I hate cleaning. It's constant.
I can't believe you got that much snow. We just had flurries last Friday, and it didn't stick to anything!

I wish a magic fairy would swoop in and clean my house too! Isn't it funny how hard it is that first year, watching them grow from babies to toddlers but you're so right, I think I have less anxiety now watching Scarlett grow because she already isn't my baby anymore!

Snow and sandals!! haha, adorable. My husband would totally be all for it.
And, asking for kisses?? How sweet. I love when Aria just surprise kisses me, but hasn't actually asked for them.

I wish the same darn thing! Not sure what's a great activity for November as well. Just lots of Santa picture prep because I'm sure K will be terrified of him this year.

Yes, I don't feel inspired by November either... It's actually snowing right now. In one week, the temp went from 60 degrees to 20. Spending more time in the house is, of course, when you start noticing the dirt more. I'd like to be Sabrina the Teenage Witch too. (Oh, and enjoy that little chatter. It only gets cuter!)

It’s really hard to do cleaning, especially if it’s not your habit, so it's really understandable to wish for magic. Hahaha! Anyway, since magic and fairy tales aren’t true and cleaning is a necessity, we are all obliged to do it. I just hope that you get to accomplish everything that's on your list. Thanks for sharing that, Courtney! All the best to you! :)
