exposed cliff edges

"Yaaaaay!" Mia's clapping :)
Mia and I got to spend the day with Shay earlier this week and explore Cedar Breaks. Well okay, we didn't do as much exploring as we wanted to (which means we have to go back, yay!) because the wind was so strong and SO cold (we had to go back home to grab clothes for Mia and jackets for us... sometimes I wonder why I'm a mom. I don't think that Mia's tank top onesie will be too cold for her in the mountains?? Ugh! Still learning!) and I was on a time crunch. But we got to enjoy some spectacular views of the mountain scene and the cliff side views. I mean, wow! God knew what He was doing when he created this beautiful world. And I am so lucky to enjoy some of the most sought out destinations in the world.... practically in my back yard!
P.S. Shay really was there, she was just too embarrassed by my ear muffs to take a picture with me, but whatever!
P.P.S. Most of the photo credit goes to Shay. I think I took like one picture.

Gosh, I'm so jealous of the beautiful area that you live in. I know it's a small town but savor every single moment and it looks like you're totally taking advantage of the outdoor beauty!

Wow! I would be like a kid in a candy store in those mountains. We have NOTHING like that here, beaches only (which I wouldn't trade either). And Mia's little nose-- I die!

Hi Courtney, thanks for stopping by and being my newest follower :) That made my day. I am also now a follower of yours as well and am looking forward to reading your posts.

What a sweet little girl you have. She has the cutest smile. I love all the pictures, really nice.

Also to answer your question, Homesense is a home goods store. I am not sure what to compare it to but they have lamps, carpets, fake plants, pictures, kitchen wares, etc. I am Canadian, so maybe thats why you haven't heard of it? Maybe the are not in the US. I decided to look it up and the web address is http://www.homesense.ca...hum I don't see .com

Holy cow, this is gorgeous!!! I have never been so far west to be able to see this part of the country, but I hope to someday! Seriously - the US has some of the most fantastic scenery. It makes me miss home!
