25 weeks

Eric never tells me when I'm blocking the chalk board... oops! Picture taken at 25 weeks 2 days.

- I swear we can see my belly grow by the day now! The baby bump is definitely out there :)

- I think baby girl has been having major growth spurts this last week because I can not keep up with the food! I eat, eat, eat and still find myself starving between snacks and meals! And I mean starving like I think I'm gonna die if I don't get food asap. It's a little annoying, ha ha.

- I have heartburn almost daily. Not the funnest part of pregnancy.

- I sleep great through the night! I do wake up and find myself laying on my back though, oops! It's just so comfortable! (But I've never been a fan of sleeping on my back before pregnancy... someone please explain that?!)

- She moves around all day, every day. It's SO fun!

- My exercise mainly consists of spin classes and the elliptical. They are easiest on my hips and back. But I also go on a couple long walks with Eric each week. I really enjoy that but it usually sets my hip/back pain in motion :(

- I experienced my first ever middle-of-the-night-charlie-horse-in-my-calve this past week. Torture. Pure torture!

- Eric helps me do stretches each night that are a life saver! My back and hips would be so much worse off if he didn't help me :)

- I finally have an idea of how I'd like to decorate the nursery! We're still waiting until we move to really put it together... but it's such a relief to finally have an idea! I'm excited to see it come together.

- Time is flying by! Which is totally okay with me because I can't wait to meet our girl!!

Dang, girl. Good for you for still doing spin class!! I can barely do that and I'm not pregnant. The last class I was in, there was a lady who had to have been 8 months pregnant. She was the best one in the class.

I, also, never slept on my back pre-pregnancy...yet I find myself on my back every single time I wake up (to pee...all dozen times it feels like). So weird!

Also...heartburn. Shoot me. I hate it. I'm pretty sure it's worse than morning sickness...just sayin'...

Oh mu gosh Court!! I swear that last week you just annouced your pregnancy. Time sure does fly by super fast. I can't believe it!
And I know how those charlie horses feel, especially in the middle of the night. OUCH. I think I had to muffle my screams, because I didn't want to wake the boys up. Ugh. They were horrible.
I don't even know how to help with those, but good thing Eric can rub those away.
You are still lovely!! I am super excited with you on this!

You look so amazing! :) And...your FIRST charlie horse? I have been getting those my whole life! I hate them! Yes, they are pure torture! And...are you not supposed to sleep on your back while you're pregnant? Boo! Another limitation to look forward to! haha! I can't believe time is flying by so fast! You are super cute and I know you can't wait to meet your little one! :)

Never had a charlie horse during pregnancy but in my 3rd trimester I did get bad back pain - couple times a week I'd wake up in the middle of the night and have to do laps in our living room. :)

The hunger is RE-diclous. For me, it would come out of nowhere, and definitely gave me the "I'm going to die" feeling.

Oh man, I have those charlie horses in the middle of the night sometimes and they are AWFUL!! I feel for you :-/

Charlie horses! Ohhhhhhh the pain. I got them through both of my pregnancies and would wake up screaming.

I am smiling so hard because I'm so excited that you're feeling her move around so much. Love that feeling and love that you're experiencing it!!

Keep up the good work! You're an inspiration because if my pain wasn't so horrible I would've liked to keep exercising during my pregnancy. :( But yea, no ammount of food was ever enough for me either during that stage, and now I can go without snacking all day and just eat meals. But heartburn gets soooo much worse, so carry around Tums wherever you go, believe me, they'll be your new mints! ;)
