- The process has started.... I'm dialating :) (And that's all I'm sayin' about that since this subject can totally gross people out, ha ha.)
- A cute old man came up to me at the grocery store and told me I shouldn't wear this shirt (the one in the picture) because it makes me look pregnant, ha ha. He was trying to be funny and make conversation when he told me his granddaughter is probably a little further along than me, and she's due the end of January. Gosh, it felt SO good to tell him I was due in about a week and a half :)
- Baby girl is getting restless it seems like. Her movements feel like she's searching for a way OUT! :)
- I've been a walkin' fool these days trying to help the process along. It's actually really painful to walk so hopefully it's worth it!
- I don't sleep at night... like ever. Tuesday night was an especially bad night for me and Eric. The next morning Eric asked if I was going to be okay traveling to and from work (I work 45 minutes away) with my crazy schedule because I was up ALL night! I told him I'm up all night like that EVERY night.
He asked, "not like that?!"
"Just like that! I've already told you this plenty of times."
"What can we do to fix this? You don't get enough sleep!"
I told him, "I don't think there is anything we can do. It must be mother nature's way of preparing me for a newborn."
"Mother nature suuuuuuucks!"
Yes, yes it does :) And Eric only had to endure 1 night of little sleep. I've been doing it for weeks now, ha ha.
- My updates are really boring each week but we're pretty much waiting on her arrival to make life exciting again :) So anxious to meet baby girl!!

I canNOT imagine what it must be like walking around and working and stuff while dilating. My word. Pregnant women are heroes.

you are getting so close! :) Oh and FYI men have this tendency to become REALLY hard sleepers right after the babe comes. My husband was the lightest sleeper ever until our daughter was born and now he doesn't hear ANYTHING! LOL just a little fyi :)

not boring! I love reading the updates:) I'm only 14 weeks and not able to sleep already. It will probably only get worse from here.

That's so exciting!! I feel the same way about sleeping. Stafford doesn't even know how long I'm up for!

Okay.. You ARE super tiny! I can't believe it's already time! I have a friend who has 6 weeks left and she looks pretty big compared to you and I think both of you have similar bodies.. Aww! Soo excited for you! You're gonna see your daughter's face soon!!!! HOW AMAZING!!!

Aw Baby girl's birthday month! So exciting. You look great girl!
At least he didn't come up to you puzzled on why you looked that way and questioned if you knew you were pregnant - I had that happen to a friend at the baseball game and her only response to the lady was, "well I hope I am otherwise I don't know what's going on with my body"!

Hopefully it won't be much longer, those last few weeks can be SO tough.
Hate to tell you but the sleepless nights will continue for quite a while the good news is that your body will adapt to the lack of sleep fairly quick.
I cant wait to see her. Ps. I feel like you just announced you were preggers!!

Haha. I like you "boring" posts, I get teary eyed every time I read about the new one arriving. Crazy pregnant lady much? :) YA for dilating...at the perfect time too!
You look great! You look like you're one of those women that kinda hide the baby. I mean, you obviously look pregnant, but I'm just impressed because I'm one of those women where there baby just goes ALL OUT and I am sticking out like 2 feet past my boobs lol.

I read your "38 weeks" and thought "she's not going to go all 40 weeks" and if you're already dilating I feel pretty good in that prediction. I didn't start dilating until after they broke my water and I'd been in the hospital for over 24 hours!
OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH any day now! Please post a picture the second she comes out...I guess maybe you and Eric can see her first but right after!;-) Good luck sweet friend!
