Mia has fallen asleep on me T W I C E in the last two weeks... heaven!
Loving: that the vacation planning is falling into place for our first trip without Mia! I've been so anxious about leaving her that I really haven't been excited to go. But we have booked where we will be staying and have bought tickets for games. I am like giddy excited to keep planning our trip! Boston, we are comin' for ya!

Reading/Watching: I'm not reading anything at the moment, but I am in need of a seriously happy, pick-me-up type book after the crappy ending of Allegiant. Thank you to everyone who warned me that I wouldn't like the ending! I definitely needed the heads up with that one.
I gave in to Friday Night Lights on Netflix and it sucked me right in! Eric keeps asking me why I like all of the "high school drama crap." He thinks I wish I was in high school again which is sooooo not the case, ha ha!I guess I just like it because I'm pathetic :) And I appreciate the fact that these television shows are the closest I'll ever get to that kind of drama in my life!

Trying to: really put in an effort to be healthier each day. But of course that has me craving ice cream and treats more than ever, ha!! I actually do the best when I don't really think about it, I just do it, if that makes sense? Anyway, I'm putting together a couple posts on my fitness and meals and I'm excited to share, get feed back and advice!

Wishing: that the weather would get it's act together! It snowed somewhere between 9-14 inches on Sunday and we are almost in the 80's again. Yuck! A steady 75 degrees for a couple weeks sounds just perfect to me right now! No more hot to freezing then freezing to hot!

Excited for: some fun giveaways I have coming your way! Keep an eye on my Instagram... the first giveaway launches in less than a week!!

There is NO shame in liking stories about teens :) Teenage years are so special -- remember how BIG everything felt? Every little thing that happened felt so major. So many firsts!! I read 85% YA because I love reliving those moments :) I took the hubs to Boston for his 30th and we loooooved it! Can't wait to hear about your trip!

We're watching Friday Night Lights and I LOVE it! The second season is a little weird though. Adam agreed to watch it because of the football, but if he had known it was by the same writers as Parenthood I don't think he would have been down with it. Drama is NOT his thing, but I think he's liking it more than he wants to admit. :)

Put Toscanini on your Boston itinerary. You won't regret it. I promise. :). Then you can walk back across the Charles to make yourself feel better about it!! ;)

Oh I wanted to read those books, must go order on Amazon today. Love when kids fall asleep on you. It happens so rarely at my house too. The only time I get that is when we're nursing at bedtime and that's even maybe once a week or so.

I know what you mean about eating healthier! We just recently went on an green eating diet and this helped because our options were fewer and what we did eat was better for us. Can't wait to see what you have in store for recipes! So glad I found your blog!

I absolutely LOVE Friday Night Lights. In fact, you make me want to start it all over again. Also, I really didn't like Divergent, so I'm having a hard time picking up the sequels. It makes it even tougher to hear the ending is horrible!

So excited for your first trip with just you and Eric. Adam and I go on ours in September..I'm terrified and excited all at the same time.

Your weather needs to get it's act together. I thought MN was bad. LOL

Yay for sans baby vacation!!! I'd love to do that, but also I'd just feel so heavy without Aria. I hope it is fun and you don't miss Mia too too much!

Everyone keeps saying that Allegiant will tick me off...I'm almost scared to read it now. Eeek.

You know, I love having lil ones fall asleep on me as well. It's just a beautiful thing, I think. When my niece falls asleep on me, it makes me feel important & special & I just wanna squeeze her...but don't want to wake her up. Ha! :)

Insanely jealous of your trip to Boston! I am DYING to go there so I can't wait for your recap! Are you guys going to Red Sox games? My husband has on his bucket list to go to a baseball game in every baseball stadium and although he HATES the Red Sox, I would love to go there and see a game! We also haven't gone on a vacation without Mason and he's almost two! Can't wait to hear about your trip!
